As prescribed by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 as of March 19, 1994, on Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine on Protection of Consumer Rights, the print media of adequate quality may not be replaced or returned.
In case of detection of any printing defect in our product (print media of low quality), we will replace it by the product of proper quality or refund the value of returned goods at your option. The printing defect means a defect caused by failure to follow the production process that results in misrepresentation or loss of any information, paint smearing, blind spots, blurry prints, glued pages, inaccurate cutting, reversed pages, missing or repeated pages, nonconformity of book title on the cover with its contents.
You are entitled to return the printed materials having any printing defect within 14 days of receipt thereof; for this purpose phone to +380933862278 or send the e-mail to email@example.com in advance.
While filling in the return application, specify your passport details and evidence of your payment for goods (e-receipt) as well as your payment details necessary to refund the value of goods purchased by you.
We return/replace the products having a printing defect at our expense. We will refund the value of returned goods within three days after we receive the relevant goods.
